I had some left-over files but I moved them to a different place on my PC.I did install in the same (now empty) folder but I dont see how that can be a problem. Restarted the PC to clear any registry keys and such. The best way to test out what items are quest items and what items are not is to QUICKSAVE before you summon any items. I uninstalled Oblivion using win10 remove program.
